Seen here in a rich navy colourway, this No.4 Canvas Jacket is a signature style from French workwear company Vetra who design and manufacture their seasonal collections with a focus on timeless allure and quality construction. The front is fastened by five black circular buttons which lead to a wide pointed collar neckline and below a variety of pockets with durable bar tack stitching are available for storage of essential items or tools. Two pockets have been added on either side of the chest, one on the exterior with shaped edges and the other slightly larger in size on the inside. At the waist two additional compartments suit larger items. The sleeves and the body have straight cut hems for a clean finish.
Recognised internationally as being suppliers of authentic French workwear, Vetra was founded in 1927 by Edouard Beerens in Paris. Throughout many changes to the company and industry, the brand has retained its family owned status and focus on quality which is noticeable throughout each seasonal release of utilitarian style jackets, shirts and trousers. For autumn/winter ‘19 cotton blends and fine wale corduroy have been selected to ensure protection and warmth against the elements, enhanced by tones of beige, black and navy.
